安排测试员的各项测试工作，跟踪测试结果。安排技术部员日常的工作。与喷釉/窑炉/重烧部门协调，提高重烧产品质量。协助物料部及时采购浆用/釉用原料，提高浆用/釉用原料进厂质量。编制工作文件，并指导监督文件有效执行。
Arrange job duties for testers and keep tracking on testing result. Arrange the daily work for technician. Coordinate with Spray, Kiln and Refire departments on improvement of refire quality. Assist materials department in raw material purchasing for slip & glaze and improve entry quality. Prepare related working correspondence and monitor the implementation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


l 合理分配测试员的各项测试工作，保证所有测试及时完成。
Assign duties for testers and make sure all testing work can be finished within schedule.
2 跟踪测试结果，确保结果的准确性。
Follow up on testing result and ensure its accuracy.
3 实验仪器出现故障及时与供应商联系 ，确保仪器正常使用。
Contact with supplier once there is any problem to the testing machine, and make sure the machine works well.
4 定期校正测试工具，实行“ISO”管理。
Provide regular rectification to the testing machine and implement ISO management.
5 对进厂的浆用/釉用原料及样品检验结果进行跟踪和分析，协助物料部门提高浆用/釉用原料进厂的质量和及时性。
Keep tracking and analyze incoming material inspection result for slip & glaze. Assist materials department in improving raw material in slip & glaze’s quality and on time delivery.
6 到重烧窑收集数据，改善重烧品的质量。
Collect data from the refire kilns and improve the refire quality.
7 根据需要编制工作文件，并指导监督文件有效执行。
Prepare working document and monitor the implementation.
8 对自己的安全行为/安全绩效负责。
Responsible to safety behavior/ safety performance for self.

对因测试结果失误，造成重大经济损失的责任负责。
Accountable for any severe impact on costing due to wrong testing result.
