岗位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历；陶瓷工程、无机材料等相关专业

2. 3年以上陶瓷注浆车间主管或工艺管理工作经验

3. 专业技能/知识：
- 陶瓷
- 模具技术
- 质量管理

4. 具备领导能力、管理技能（人员管理、决策、问题解决及组织计划能力等）

5． 英语水平良好，计算机应用熟练。

Responsibilities:

To ensure that all casting processes, equipment (molds, table and dossing system) and supporting systems operate to their maximum effectiveness, within specified safety and cost constraints, and that all products are of the desired quality in the right time.

Requirements:

﹡Education: University Graduate Engineering Ceramic or non organic material or equivalent Title, an appropriate professional or technical qualification

﹡Working experience: >3 years, as supervisor or process engineering in Casting departments of WOFE ceramic company, also with semi automatic process.
