1.Qualification资质要求:
University graduate, major in machinery or relevant，
At least 5 years experiences in industries, preferably in inorganic and non metal materials industries, with at least 3 years of maintenance management experiences
Good understanding of production process, equipment and quality management
Know well about the HES in production
Strong personality, good capacity of leadership and authorities
Good capacity of organization
Good skills in communication and coordination
Good skills in English communication
Hard work and good sense of initiatives
机械工程或相关专业大学本科或以上学历
至少5年工业企业工作经验，具有无机非金属材料行业，3年以上维修管理经验者优先。
对生产工艺，设备和质量管理有深刻理解；
理解生产环保，安全和健康要求
良好的个性，领导能力和权威性；
良好的组织能力
良好的沟通和协调能力
熟练的英语沟通技能
工作努力，积极主动
2.Responsibilities and duties: 工作职责
Coordinate with equipments sourcing, manufacturing and be in charge of installation and commissioning during project period
Prepare maintenance procedure and implement it
Build and manage maintenance team
Implement TPM management
Be in charge of EHS of maintenance
Be in charge of ISO system of maintenance
Daily report
Good communication with related dept.
在新项目建设期间，协助设备选型，跟踪设备制造；负责设备安装质量控制，负责设备调试运行；
确定维护方案
建立并管理维修团队
推行TPM管理
负责维修方面EHS事务
负责维修方面的质量管理体系
完成相关报告
与公司其他部门的良好沟通
